Price is moderate, if you have to wait long time ask for shuttle service or a loan car, I wasn't aware of that now I know :)happy with the service. ”






“ So...went to mechanic with my car missing rough idling and engine light flashing. He wanted to replace all spark plugs, coils n throttle clean for $1,220 though I told him my other mechanic who was closed that Saturday replaced them all last year. I was upset because I’ve been working on $finances and short on funds. My son helped me take it to Spring Auto Pros who actually ran my VIN and said there was a TSB service board missing issue on my 2012 Honda motor with 8 yr limitation. Jeremy there got proof from me invoices I had replaced spark plugs last yr and he updated the computer in car. &250 He said if it happens again go straight to Honda!! Five days later, car began missing and engine light flashing. I googled Honda dealers, and to my utter shock Tomball Honda service Dept was open on a SUNDAY!! I even called to be sure that was accurate! I went to Tomball Honda, and Jozef came out to assist. He had mechanic check it out, and sure enough it was the TSB missing issue - oil leaking into spark plugs etc. Jozef came to tell me that Honda would repair that all for free and he’d help me with a loaner car. He mentioned I had 98,000 next major maintenance was 103,000 miles.... but would cost like $1,800 which I didn’t have, and trying to budget. He gave me options, but I decided to wait. WELL, Josef called me the next day .... and told me Mason the mechanic said to give me one more call about the maintenance because the area he just labored to repair my car is where the parts were for maintenance and he had it all apart. I would not have to pay double labor if I wanted to pay mainly parts and minimal labor for valve adjustment and go ahead to do the maintenance to make my care safer. What mechanic does that ???? I work in government customer service and I go above and beyond to help people, to know there’s still good people out here and here Mason could have not even cared, and Jozef not even bother calling me again. I couldn’t even believe it. That was unbelievable to me, to help me out in such an honest way of integrity. Refreshing to find someone trustworthy as a mechanic, who wanted to be fair and help me out. I hope these two are always there and I will request them both! Honesty and excellent service does matter and helping the car owners as I help property owners. I was so thankful .... and knowing my car is safe. I believe an honest business will in the end reap great benefits. Thank you Jozef and Mason ”

My brother & I looked into one in another city where my brother lives - they did go down on the price but they couldn't send papers for me to sign in Houston. So, my brother called to Honda Tomball- managed to get an even better deal with Joshua Wilms. Managed to beat the other dealerships price and more! Also, we were particular with the color & the price was higher- that didn't matter because Josh made it happen. So, my wife & I dropped by and in 90min we were done. Not only did we get a better deal, towards the end with our finance Mr.Flores - went beyond (after turning down all extra add ons such as gap & extended warranty) managed to bring price down for the package plus got us a better interest! They were amazing & did more than what I had asked for. We did not feel pushed or uncomfortable with our decisions. We walked in & out feeling great. Will I return for another vehicle? Yes. They got some really good ones. Plus Flores did say We can go back with my mother, with her new car, and she can have a day spa & car spa (chair massage, some coffee, they can wash her car & take pics with a bow on top) . I mean, who want to turn that down? Not us. ”
