“ Purchased a 2024 Honda Certified Accord with 28k miles on Feb 9th. Car was initially held at the dealership since the rims had horrible curb rash (dealer offered to fix) and power steering (rack and pinion) issue that needed to be replaced under warranty. Car was ready to pick up 9 days after due to power steering part back ordered. Had the car for two days and had to bring back to service for front passenger suspension issue, namely the strut mount popping over bumps. The service advisor then disclosed that the previous owner, a Master Technician employed by the dealership, was the previous owner and did all the previous maintenance/repairs on the vehicle. Including a replacement on the strut for the same area (not same issue) right before the car was listed for sale. The strut mount was replaced and dealer was nice enough to deliver the car and pickup loaner from my home address a week later. Ken, one of the service managers, assured me there would be no further issues and the car was test driven. Upon receiving the car, I attempted to contact the service advisor that sounds were still occurring when coming to a stop and at slow speeds. No response after three days. On top of that, this morning the car would not start, Honda roadside assistance came, and they ran a test showing the 12v battery was faulty and needed replacement. Iâve contacted Honda corporate today documenting the issues and current situation. In summary, Iâve owned this certified car for less a month, havenât made my first payment yet, and looking at my third service visit for different / repeated issues. Car was owned by a service technician employed by the dealership and was listed for sale as âcertifiedâ that underwent a ârigorous inspectionâ prior to sale, which clearly isnât the case. Only giving +2 stars for the kindness of my salesperson and service advisor that approved delivering the car to my home address after latest service visit. Hoping Honda corporate can help highlight and resolve this issue. ”
“ Wouldnât go back with them ⌠I had faith in them about 3 years ago when they were fixing my engine due to the timing chain jumping which seized my engine a little over $1000 in parts and a whopping $7000 in just labor ⌠then I took my same vehicle for a diagnostic for the D flashing while driving and right away itâs an ABS module which is roughly a $4000 repair this time vise versa a $3000 dollar part and almost a $1000 dollar repair ⌠I took my vehicle to another Honda dealership and it turns out it was just a transmission oil pressure switch which was less than $500 !!! The nerve these dealerships have trying to get over on people for extra money ⌠”

“ Took my 9 month old 2025 Pilot in for an oil change and the porter wrecked my car. They downplayed it at every turn. After much back and forth about getting it fixed back to factory specs, we finally agreed to let them fix it. They said it would not show up on carfax because they had a âback door â way to fix it and it wouldnât be reported. They sent it to a body shop they use called A1 that we were told was going to do excellent, I believe Picasso was even mentioned by Phil the service manager, work. It came back with bondo, and the plastic trim not sitting properly, itâs lifting off and you can see white stuff which Iâm guessing is bondo. The body lines are not the same and some mystery paint damage on the bumper that wasnât there previously. We were told by Lenny, the general manager that it was an acceptable repair and that they had no obligation to do anything further. He also told us that they were not required to report damages to carfax. I just went and picked up the car because I feel like there is nothing I can do but I think people should know that this dealership is very shady. Phil, the service manager and Lenny, the general manager never contacted us again or truly tried to make this right. Now we are left with a ruined car thatâs not even a year old and they act like itâs no big deal. ”
