He was never pushy or pressured us into making a hasty decision. He made this entire experience a breeze! After returning home, the TPMS warning light came on. We checked the tires and even stopped by a local mechanic to see if they simply needed air, but the light remained on. We decided to return the next day for peace of mind. A brand new set of tires isn’t cheap and the tire could have a nail or something else. We simply didn’t want to risk anything. When we arrived to Honda Tomball, Ray was assigned as our service advisor. Despite our previous interaction, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. From the beginning, however, there was no greeting or acknowledgement. As I tried to explain that we had purchased tires the previous day, he interjected and said, “those are our tires?” in a loud and obnoxious tone. When we confirmed the tires had been purchased through the dealership, he responded apathetically. When I attempted to explain the TPMS issue, I was interrupted once again. Ray stated that it was "an easy fix." My mother then expressed frustration because if it was truly that simple, it should have been addressed before we left the dealership. We do not live nearby and taking additional time out of our schedules to return was inconvenient. Rather than acknowledging our concerns, apologizing for the inconvenience, or explaining the issue, Ray simply walked away after calibrating the tire settings. At no point did he explain what caused the warning light, what he did to resolve it, or offer even a brief apology for the situation. What bothered us most was the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect. As paying customers, we felt dismissed and as though our concerns did not matter. This experience also reminded me of a previous interaction with Ray during a service visit. Another customer informed me about a dealership coupon, so I asked whether it could be applied. Although the coupon required advance notice, Ray responded in a harsh and condescending manner, emphasizing that I should have mentioned it beforehand. A simple explanation of the policy would have been sufficient. I appreciate that another employee, Ken, later apologized for Ray's behavior. Ken also thoroughly explained what caused the light to go off and even showed us what was done to fix the light. Ken tried to explain Ray is from New York and that’s just how he acts. At the end of the day whether you’re from New York or wherever there’s no need to be condescending/rude. I have no doubt that Ray is knowledgeable and capable in his role. I’ve been to the service department plenty of times and have seen how differently he treats male clients as opposed to how he has treated us. Customer service should be consistent for all clients regardless of gender. Respectful communication, listening to customers, and taking a moment to explain concerns are basic expectations that were missing from both of my experiences with him. A good example of a good customer service at this specific dealership would be Alex. His treatment of customers is night and day compared to Ray. Alex was amicable, courteous, and thoroughly explained any issues he found. He never rushed us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. ”

“ Honda of tomball is an expensive and elaborate scam. I went for service a few months ago and they told me my brake pads needed replacement for around over 1 thousand dollars. I refused service on that and said it feels fine. Fast forward another 8k miles for my next oil change I get the service advisor ray Mohammed who says everything is fine and I don’t need anything for the brake pads. Is this a scam to get me to buy new brake pads or does ray Mohammad just not care? ”

“ We are dealing with them right now; purchased a new crv hybrid on 06/30/26 and we still don’t have a car in hand. Cannot begin to explain what a nightmare the whole process has been. We have been dealing with Zaria, this is the irresponsible sales person we were unfortunate to deal with when we messaged the dealership to ask questions. My husband and parents took off early from work to buy the car since it was 1 hour out from our house. At the time of test drive my husband noticed the check engine sign and tire pressure lights on. The sales person assured us they will get the car serviced before we head out and they will make sure it’s fixed. After everything was signed and my parents started to drive the car on the highway, all the lights came back on. We contacted Zaria as soon as they came home that all these service lights should not be going off with a brand new car and we don’t want to end up with a lemon, requested that we exchange for another car with same specs. She said ok they will send out another car next day. A porter shows up with a loaner car next day and takes away the car, we were not told by Zaria that we’ll to wait a week for the new car. She is a point of communication for the dealership and failing to relay information between both the parties. Today 07/06/26 she shows up with the new car; we have her soda to drink and asked her to give us 10 mins to check the car. The car was dirty inside and outside we asked her why it was not detailed before bringing it to us. She started giving us attitude straight off, saying it was her off day and she had to drop off our car. We should accept the car and deal with the dealership later, she even refused to call anyone at that time saying that she didn’t know whom to call. I got on the call with the dealership myself at that point and asked to talk to the manager; was able to get Muhammad on call after some back and forth. While I spoke to him my sister saw scratches on the passenger side door. He also wanted us to accept the car with everything saying the car had to be checked after service. Well this car was at our door with scratches, a brand new car and they refused to take responsibility. He also got rude with me on the phone, when I was frustrated, which I didn’t know who would’ve be mad at this point with how much incompetence we have to deal with the this supposedly “biggest Honda dealership” in Texas. I told him to take the car back, get everything fixed or give me a car which is pristine, which a new car should be. We are buying a new car with a price tag of 35k it’s not chunk charge, I’m not going to accept lemons and scratched cars. We need immediate remedying of these problems by the management at this dealership. If you are hiring incompetent sales people who are increasing work for you and your customers, that’s not customer’s problem. Rude behavior towards paying customers, in an industry which relies heavily on customer service is also not acceptable. ”

“ Called and asked for quote of B123 service. Quoted me $530 which was comparable to other written quotes I received from other dealerships. Since I was close to dealership I dropped it off but then the added $123 extra dollars to the quote for basic air filters which can be easily done at home are are the “2” of the 123. They blamed me for the miscommunication but I feel they were purposely dishonest and misleading. Very disappointing experience. ”
