THANK YOU KEN B / DEAN Y / JACOB for helping me with my families vehicle these last couple days in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT YALL went above and beyond helping me with advice and suggestions and even taking the time to see if my warranty would cover some of my major repairs I had to get done asap my bill went from $3800 with in 2 different repairs to only paying out of pocket $700 I kept pushing off these repairs due to not having the money to cover the cost till this last time when I went in for a oil change and Jacob telling me that my extended warranty should be able to cover it ( and it did that saved me $1600) , when I was picking up my Honda Ken B / Dean helped me out and said that ticking noise in my engine area needed to be taken care of asap so I left it and thinking I would have to pay at least $2000.00 from what I was quoted , until Ken B called me and said my warranty would cover half the work but suggested I should replace the water pump since they already had it in the shop so we did after everything I only paid today $770 dollars . I forgot to mention I had a loaner vehicle from Tomball Honda for several days TOMBALL HONDA has been our home for several new car purchases and all repairs / maintenance It’s worth my 30/40 min drive each way I will continue taking my cars and doing buisness with TOMBALL HONDA for many years to come THANKS AGAIN KEN B / DEAN Y / JACOB and everyone who worked on our car GOD BLESS 🙏🏼!!!

General Manager Mike is very unprofessional and was very rude towards me, kept giving me lips smacks over the phone.. he NEEDS TO BE REMOVED ASAP. Sold me a unreliable car with safety features that have caused my life to be a risk. Management was very poor to me as I addressed this issue 5 times saying this the auto brakes during any driving will stop. I brought my 2003 Honda S2000 with only 60,000 miles to Honda of Tomball a few weeks ago for a shifter rebuild, transmission fluid service, and a full diagnostic inspection. I specifically chose a Honda dealership because I believed my car would receive OEM-quality work from experienced technicians. Since many S2000 parts are discontinued, I personally purchased and supplied a complete OEM shifter rebuild kit that cost me around $200. I was then charged $656.55 in labor alone for the rebuild. Although the final bill ended up being higher than originally quoted, I accepted it because I trusted the dealership and expected quality work. Shortly after getting the car back, the shifter began feeling worse than before. I eventually brought the car to a trusted mechanic who specializes in Honda S2000s, and what he found was shocking. He told me this was one of the worst attempted shifter rebuilds he had personally seen. According to the inspection: * Several OEM replacement parts that I supplied were never installed. * The original pivot shifting ball was never removed or replaced, causing unnecessary wear and damage. * The old contaminated grease — filled with dirt and debris from over 20 years of driving — was never cleaned out. Instead, new grease was simply added on top of the old grease. * The work appeared rushed and incomplete. On top of that, I specifically requested a diagnostic inspection to identify anything preventing the transmission from operating properly. I was told the “master mechanic” completed the inspection, yet they somehow failed to identify that the car was shifting poorly because the clutch master/slave cylinder was leaking and failing — a very basic issue that any competent inspection should have caught. Because of the negligence and poor workmanship from this service department, I am now facing over $2,000 in additional repairs to correct problems that should have been properly handled the first time. I genuinely thought bringing my S2000 to an official Honda dealership was the safest and smartest choice. Instead, I lost time, money, and confidence in the quality of work being performed. I would strongly recommend other S2000 owners and enthusiasts think carefully before trusting this dealership’s service department with their vehicle.

Because of the negligence and poor workmanship from this service department, I am now facing over $2,000 in additional repairs to correct problems that should have been properly handled the first time. I genuinely thought bringing my S2000 to an official Honda dealership was the safest and smartest choice. Instead, I lost time, money, and confidence in the quality of work being performed. I would strongly recommend other S2000 owners and enthusiasts think carefully before trusting this dealership’s service department with their vehicle. I have attached photos provided by my mechanic showing the condition of the work after the dealership service

Purchased a 2026 crvex in April 10th they did not Show me the car at all,they told me the car is out front and gave me the keys..no sales person came out to show me the car inside or anything. I got into my new car and left very disappointed in lack of Service! DON'T recommend this HONDA of tomball!!!!!

Their answer to everything when buying a used car is, “well it’s a used car”. We bought a car from them and when we were leaving after the sale the only gave me one key. I asked them for the second set, their answer was, “well, it’s a used car”. Very sad and poor business.
