Her first experience was good and she had some expensive work done on her vehicle. She had an older vehicle that was not a Honda. The last visit I went with her for repairs. She explained what her car was doing, and her radiator was leaking. They did not offer to do a diagnostic inspection but replaced the radiator for a substantial amount. After replacing the radiator they told her the car was running hot. They wanted to do a diagnostic on the car after they put in a new radiator ( an additional charge). The diagnostic results was that she needed a new motor. Her car was older, but that was her main transportation. The problem is if the diagnostic was done first, the radiator would have not been replaced. So the bill still had to be paid. Now i was a customer since 2019 and they always checked the car and gave me a list of things that was wrong. They told both of us that if a customer comes and tell them the problem they just fix it without a diagnostic test. I am confused who was the expert in this case? ”
