“ Wouldnât go back with them ⌠I had faith in them about 3 years ago when they were fixing my engine due to the timing chain jumping which seized my engine a little over $1000 in parts and a whopping $7000 in just labor ⌠then I took my same vehicle for a diagnostic for the D flashing while driving and right away itâs an ABS module which is roughly a $4000 repair this time vise versa a $3000 dollar part and almost a $1000 dollar repair ⌠I took my vehicle to another Honda dealership and it turns out it was just a transmission oil pressure switch which was less than $500 !!! “ Took my 9 month old 2025 Pilot in for an oil change and the porter wrecked my car. They downplayed it at every turn. After much back and forth about getting it fixed back to factory specs, we finally agreed to let them fix it. They said it would not show up on carfax because they had a âback door â way to fix it and it wouldnât be reported. They sent it to a body shop they use called A1 that we were told was going to do excellent, I believe Picasso was even mentioned by Phil the service manager, work. It came back with bondo, and the plastic trim not sitting properly, itâs lifting off and you can see white stuff which Iâm guessing is bondo. The body lines are not the same and some mystery paint damage on the bumper that wasnât there previously. We were told by Lenny, the general manager that it was an acceptable repair and that they had no obligation to do anything further. He also told us that they were not required to report damages to carfax. I just went and picked up the car because I feel like there is nothing I can do but I think people should know that this dealership is very shady. Phil, the service manager and Lenny, the general manager never contacted us again or truly tried to make this right. “ Since I bought a civic to them I was thinking itâs more convenient to do service on my GMC Acadia the last time they fix my AC on my GMC they said itâs compressor need to change and run a check and there is no leak. I paid almost 2k for that and after 2 months the AC is not working properly and I thought it was the battery When I check it again to Honda Tomball they said it have a leak and need to change both discharge hose and liquid hose asking me to pay 2.3k. The Guy Alex didnât even check if there is warranty he just told me that there might be some discount on the part and I should grab it. Change a lot on my perception and trust on Honda so if I need to get my Civic service I have to look for another Honda dealer. ”
“ Untrustworthy mechanics. Unethical sales team. Everyoneâs a master mechanic. They missed a simple spool valve leak 3 Times. Upon return of my vehicle my transmission took a dump. Their techs donât know the difference between a transfer case or transmission. If I had more money Iâd be sueing them. They ruined my healthy vehicle. Every rental provided had dog hair or was smoked in. Car lot full of cars on bricks (stolen rims). The culture at Honda is dead. Iâll never even drive a Honda again ”
