“ I bought an HRV LX 2026 here, and it's terrible that the car always has an apple carplay error. I went to repair and the condition is still not better. I told Enzzo, who sold the car to me, if there was any way to have an option to replace me, I didn't know. It's too bad that I bought the car here. “ Honda of tomball service department is getting worse. I am here trying to tell them that my steering is really not normal and it is sticking and heavy and I can hear a sound. And they keep on telling me it’s normal that it is how the car it should operate because it did not happen before and just after 15,000 miles because that is why it need to break in the car. Really after 15,000 miles for break in. I told them the sound was not there before and the sticking thing is not normal. But they insist it’s normal. Wow how can be a sticking steering wheel be normal ”

“ THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! I guess it’s my fault like the dealership says for buying a used car. But Since the very first day I bought the car it had to be sent back because of a fuel issue they make me wait 8 hours at the dealership with no updates what so ever just to tell me it’s going to take a week to get it back. I get it back now the car I just bought 2 weeks prior is over heating so I bring it in again they tell me it’s my fault that I let the coolant run low they fill it up send me on my way, but way the same week it’s starts overheating again ! Now they tell me it’s the headers so they take 2 months to replace that. Finally I have my car back well Not quite yet because it’s still overheating ! So now they elect to rebuild the engine keep my car for 5 months give it back to me just for it to be overheating 2 months later and finally we have caught to present day, where my car is still overheating but the only difference now is it’s not covered by warranty anymore. I would be extremely cautious buying any car from this place not just used very shady practices here at this dealership. What gets me most out of everything is the service departments inability to call me with updates I go months at a time without hearing absolutely anything until I finally have to make a call to them asking what’s going on. I feel taken advantage of and very disrespected by the way I have been treated from the dealership and it’s service department. ”

“ General Manager Mike is very unprofessional and was very rude towards me, kept giving me lips smacks over the phone.. he NEEDS TO BE REMOVED ASAP. Sold me a unreliable car with safety features that have caused my life to be a risk. Management was very poor to me as I addressed this issue 5 times saying this the auto brakes during any driving will stop. They don’t wanna take the time out of their day to help, they don’t have customer service, very very very unprofessional… I will be filing a lawsuit since it has lead me to this last action since the managers I talked to just gave me stupidity actions and unprofessional attitude & advices to where it was still a life risk still. Honda of Tomball would you like to drive my car and see if it auto brakes on you which would be causing you a life risk/ risk certain crashes during the roads like come on ”
